Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact email@example.com if this has occurred before sending the item back.
If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days*
*please allow extra processing time during high volume periods
Please note if your order is already in the process of being dispatched we may not be able to cancel it.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
– Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan
– Postage must be covered to send the item back to us
– ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
– It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
– Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
AUSTRALIAN CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
– Returns must be returned to the store within 60 days of purchase
– Postage must be covered to return the item/s back to us
– Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit & how to use it
– For a full price return (orders not using a discount code or store credit) we will send you a store credit of the item(s).
